The Garden Restaurant serves contemporary Balinese, North Indian, Thai and Western cuisine at is lucious garden. Asian tapas are available at the bar to accompany its wide selection of beers, wines, exotic cocktails and spirits. For those with a passion for the sweet things in life there are cakes and homemade chocolates for the offing.

The Villa Bali is well known for its delicious platters, the crown jewel of Indonesian cuisine Rijsttafel a tasting platter of the various curries and delicacies of the spice islands. Its North Indian counterpart is a culinary adventure of food from the traditional tandoor (Indian clay oven), kadhai (Indian snacks) and the handi the ancient method of cooking curries slowly in clay pots. These spectacular dishes are priced at $60++ a good meal for 4 persons. Other items to try, Bebek Bengil traditional Balinese fried duck found in 'Ubud', spicey Thai salads and delicious Pisang Epe (durian flavoured grilled bananas!

As 70 percent of the establishment is outdoors, the indoors are exceptionally simple and spacious to cater to the clientele who prefer air-conditioned comfort. As you venture into the Gin Palace lounge, you begin to appreciate the contrast it has to its exterior dining areas. Here there is a sophisticated blend of ethnic furniture set against a deep rich wall colour. Paintings and art works by Asian artists are on display here as well as upstairs in the art gallery on the second floor.

What to expect, a huge Seafood Platter at $60 plus with three types of fresh fish, King Prawns & Squid … a great meal for four persons. Weekday Set-Lunch Special for $14 net for 2 people (Soup, BBQ Fish, Vegetables, Dessert & Coffee).
